The Leaders’ Perspective

Every day we interact with people who have influence in our lives. However, influence does not equate to leadership. There is a term ‘Triple Threat Leader’, coined by Dean Bill Boulding of the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. A triple threat leader is one who has a high intelligence quotient, a high emotional quotient, and a high decency quotient. What does that mean? This is someone who has the intellectual horsepower to decisively and intelligently lead businesses through good and bad times. It is someone who has the emotional capacity to use our own and others’ emotions to bring people together into powerful teams. And, it is someone who leads with integrity, transparency and honesty. Today marks the launch of our new podcast - The Leaders’ Perspective. Every other week we will spend time chatting with a triple threat leader about their career and what makes them tick, and we’ll discuss a relevant topic from business and life. Please give us a like an a follow wherever you stream your podcast. We can be found on all major platforms including YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify.
